If you weren't able to attend the Introductory Meeting for your discussion circle, and thus weren't able to purchase the discussion guide your circle will using, you will need to do the following:

Download and print our invoice (PDF). Calculate the total due, adding $5 for s/h.

Alternatively, you can fill out the invoice on your computer using Adobe Acrobat's typewriter tool, then print it. (Please reuse the bottom half of the page!)

Per the instructions on the invoice, a) make out a check and b) mail the check and invoice to the address specified on the invoice.
